We professionally dry clean & repair all our items as much as possible so we rarely sell anything in Fair/Poor Condition. All major flaws are mentioned in the items description. Keep in mind, vintage means pre-loved, so a little bit of wear is normal. Once in a while we might miss small flaws like minor loose seams or very faint stains. After all, we’re human & sometimes flaws can hide in folds.
VINTAGE CONDITION RATING SCALE
* Excellent - Faultless, seldom worn or not at all, and has not been altered.
* Very Good - No visible faults, perhaps slight wear.
* Good - Very minor stains, snags, or slight tears that may not be noticeable.
* Fair/Poor - Visible wear or numerous flaws. Possibly repairable or wearable.GARMENT MEASUREMENTS
The garment’s label size is provided in the description, but we also list the exact measurements because sizing has changed over the years and vintage sizes can be unreliable.All garments are measured lying flat.
* BUST/CHEST is measured from armpit to armpit then the measurement is doubled. * WAIST is measured across the natural waste then the measurement is doubled. * HIPS are measured from the fullest part of the garment then the measurement is doubled. * SHOULDERS are measured from one shoulder seam across to the other shoulder seam. * SLEEVES are measured from the shoulder seam to cuff. Garments without a shoulder seam are measured from the inseam (armpit to cuff). * LENGTH of tops/dresses are measured from the shoulder seam to hem. For pants/skirts, it’s measured from top hem to bottom hem. * INSEAM is measured from the crotch to hem.
